Bath Depot recently completed a walk-in shower installation in Parma Heights, OH. John began his quest to replace his existing walk-in bathtub for a new walk-in shower system after seeing advertisements in a local magazine from Bath Depot-Cleveland. Tired of his cramped showering situation and hard to clean surfaces, he longed for a space that would be more optimal and enjoyable for his whole family. The existing walk-in bathtub had begun to really show it’s age, having been installed many years before by the previous homeowner, and through all the wear and tear, John and his family knew it was time to explore alternative products better suited for their own lifestyle(s). One key factor that swayed John to Bath Depot for the walk-in shower installation in Parma Heights, OH project was the proximity of their headquarters in Westlake, OH, and in addition to the location, the key feature of a true showroom with physical representation of final product and design. After visiting the showroom and meeting with one of BD’s Project Managers, everything seemed to smoothly fall in place; the Project Manager visited the Hehnan property in Parma Heights to measure and take notes, and while there, John recalls a remark made at that very point in time in which the Project Manager told him that no work is subcontracted, and that all installers work directly for Bath Depot-Cleveland. “Your Project Manager beat me to the punch! My next question or inquiry was going to be about installers. If it would have been the other way around and work would be outsourced, I probably would have gone a different direction, in all honesty.” “With in-house installers, there’s a set program, agenda, schedule. With Bath Depot, I never once had to worry about chasing or flagging someone down. Everyone was on top of their game and we couldn’t be happier!” John and his family have now been using their new walk-in-shower space for a couple weeks and have already noticed many of the changes; one in particular is the amount of space, but as outlined also in the “product description”, the incorporation of a glass block window brings in so much light, so much life into the space. Bath Depot Cleveland is simply proud to have been given the opportunity to provide such an impact to another home here in Northeast Ohio!
