Later in his career, he managed a sales force for a large national remodeler. TJ and his family are originally from the Dayton area. Bill BarberExpert InstallerBill has been in the building trades for 35 years. Bill also works with is son Billy Barber Jr. He been happily married to Michelle for 29 years. Bill loves four wheeling and driving trails.
Billy BarberExpert InstallerBill and his wife recently became parents to a beautiful baby boy William. When he is not working he enjoys watching football. He has recently been taking up the trade of blacksmithing in his spare time.
Grahm ColemanExpert InstallerGrahm has worked with his father Sean most of his life. He has learned a lot from his dad and uses this knowledge today to be part of our team. Grahm is a great addition to our work force.
Sean ColemanExpert InstallerSean has been a window and door installer for over 30 years. He is a wonderful team leader to Mason and Grahm. Sean loves to go to concerts and see live bands. He lives in Westlake with his wife of 26 years.

He loves spending his free time with his wife Morgan and their two dogs, Ringo and Ozzy. Paul has been in the remodeling business for 8 years, almost exclusively in kitchens and baths.

He loves spending time with his fiancé (who is expecting their first child) and his dog Penny. Dimitri has been in the home remodeling business for almost 10 years. When he isn’t working, he enjoys watching sports and coaching his little brother's wrestling tournaments.
Alex SteenrodExpert InstallerAlex was raised in North Canton and now lives in Fairlawn with his beautiful wife. He holds two Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Criminology from Kent State. He then served in the US Army Reserve, where he spent time in Iraq, Syria, Jordan and Kuwait as a Sergeant and BCOIC of Behavioral Health. Alex has worked in the home improvement business since 2016. He loves doing home projects, going to the shooting range and spending time with his siblings and their children.

After several decades of working in the industry for himself and other employers, Paul decided to join our team.
