The Bower family were in desperate need of a shower replacement, they had been looking for a company to do this job for them, and after hearing about the new showroom Bath Depot-Cleveland has to offer on Sperry Rd. in Westlake, the Bower family didn’t waste a minute to visit the new space. Now that the kids are long gone from the property in Olmsted Falls, they decided to upgrade from an old, rusty tub, to a more user-friendly walk-in-shower system! The husband was also tired from the time and back-breaking work it took to clean the old tub and all the grout. The visit to the new showroom space was a major highlight from the entire process, according to the wife. It was really nice to see finished spaces with different applications & finishes; certainly a much better experience than looking at salesman samples and booklets. From the husbands perspective, one of the contributing factors in choosing BD-Cleveland for their makeover was the down-to-the-studs demolition work. Coming from old tile and always having bacteria concerns underneath the surface was a big concern over the years, so it was a “weight lifted off their shoulders” knowing a full inspection would take place.
