Bath Depot-Cleveland recently finished acrylic shower system in Richmond Heights, OH for the Turner residence. First, Bath Depot performed a complete demolition down to the studs to treat for mold and mildew before furnishing the space with a brand new Jacuzzi shower system. The main reason for needing updates and converting the tub to a walk-in-shower was for safety. The 1st floor bathroom space, primarily used by Vicki’s mother, was in need for service and repair as it was original to the home. Vicki was particularly fond of meeting with Bath Depot’s project manager. Once the problem(s) with the current area were identified, Vicki and BD’s team collabortated together through the design phase. Vicki expressed how satisfying it was to have so many options; the sales experience was delightful and at no point did she feel smothered or pressed into making a decision. “The sales team was there for us every step of the way”. After all was said and done, the final product was more than the Turner’s could ever hope for and the installation of the final product by the laborers was seamless!
