Bath Depot recently installed a walk-in shower system for a new client! After some deliberation, Richard and Sharon had decided to stay in their home for the foreseeable future. While pondering their decision, one of the key projects that they agreed would have to become a priority in order for them to extend their stay was one of the bathrooms. As the years would surely go by and with retirement right around the corner, they felt that if they transform one of their wet spaces from an original bathtub to a more accessible, walk-in-shower unit, they could see themselves living comfortably for a significantly longer future. So before age could become a factor, they decided to grab the bull by the horns and look into renovating their bathroom space. With Richard’s career having him on the road dealing with a variety of distributors, he told Sharon one evening how much he learned to value the brand, Jacuzzi. The next step in their makeover journey was research. The goals were simple. They wanted to not only find a local business that offered the Jacuzzi brand, but a business that stood by their work. Once Bath Depot-Cleveland confirmed with Sharon that they offer a Life of the Home Warranty for as long as they own the property, all of the rest seemed to fall into place. One of BD’s Project Managers made a visit to their home in Brunswick and the design process bagan to take shape! Throughout the entire project, from start to finish, Sharon raved about the impeccable customer service. She admitted that she’s typically the “stickler” and always finds herself nitpicking. “I was really happy with our experience. My husband and I felt beyond comfortable. Part of the process that everyone seems to want to avoid is dealing with salesmen. For us, we had a great experience and never felt pressured.”
